Assembly of Engine
Rob McQuarie of Blue Oval Performance built most
of the engine for our Cobra. The only left to do was bolt on the heads and
intake manifold, then put on the Weber style fuel injection system.

The intake goes on next. |
|
This part took a couple of hours. The bolt holes didn't want to line up so I had to abandon the front and rear gaskets and just use gas proof silicon. |

Throttle bodies installed. |
|
The throttle bodies come in pairs, four of them total, to give each intake port it's on throttle body. The fuel rails were put on next. Then I spent several hours adjusting so they all closed and opened in a synchronized fashion. |
